the <strong>Olaia Academy<\/strong> \u2013 a digital training platform for climate-oriented urban planning.<br \/>\nThe goal is to make practical knowledge accessible on topics such as rainwater management, green building infrastructure, and urban biodiversity.<br \/>\nThe platform offers professional content, media formats, and opportunities for exchange for planners, municipalities, and environmental professionals.<\/p>\n<p>This publication is made in accordance with the transparency requirements set out in <strong>Art. 1, paragraphs 125\u2013129 of Law No.
